royalty free photography or fonts

Does anyone know what royalty is? Royalties are usage based payments made by one party( the licensee ) and another( the licensor ).  Royalties let other people use fonts or photography at a  specific rate. I have ten different sites that have royalty free fonts or photography on them. I decided to put at least a couple of sites that have royalty free photos on it.
